The
visual identify of Fusion SC is regarded as one of the most important elements
of our re-branding and name recognition. As our club continues to change and
modernize it is important to continue to project a more professional image.
Fusion
SC has made arrangements for teams to have their uniforms embroidered with
EmbroidMe in Livemore. The cost of embroidery is $20.85 per player and includes
embroidery of the player’s bag, sweat jacket, and sweat pants.
EmbroidMe
has asked the following process be followed when bringing in uniforms for
embroidering.
Please
have one representative from your team responsible for the embroidery with
EmbroidMe. That representative will be responsible for dropping off/picking up
all the team’s gear. Each player will need to label their bag, sweat jacket, and
sweat pant with the player’s first initial, last name and number. Please place
the pants and jacket inside the bag. The representative will need to have a
typed team roster with the first initial and last name, number, and size of
jacket and pant. No embroidery will be done until EmbroidMe receives the entire
team’s gear. The amount for each player is $20.85 and needs to be paid in one
check to EmbroidMe.

Uniform Order Process
All Premier Program team uniforms will be fitted and ordered through Soccer Pro. Following is an outline of the required uniform and the ordering process which teams will take.
The Livermore Premier Program Uniform Package includes the following:
• Adidas Custom Maroon Shirt/Short/Sock (home uniform)
• Adidas Custom Gold Shirt/Short/Sock (away uniform)
• Adidas Condivo Black Warm-up with Jacket and Pant
• Adidas Tabela White/Black Training Top, Black Short, and Black/White Sock
• Adidas Copa Edge Black Backpack
The above outlined uniform packages are required by all players. Teams may not deviate from this package to customize the uniform in any way. Home, away, warm-ups, training, and back-packs will all be identified with the Livermore Soccer Club logo patch.
Ordering Process:
1. Each team will select a uniform coordinator or team manager to work directly with Soccer Pro on behalf of their team.
2. The uniform coordinator will receive a copy of the standard ordering form from the PP Committee Secretary, Deb Wolf. For a soft copy of this form, please email Deb at deborahwolf@yahoo.com.
3. The uniform coordinator will fill out the team information with names and jersey numbers for every player. This form must be faxed to Lori at Soccer Pro at 925-803-0481 where it will be kept on file for your team. Please fax this form BEFORE you call Soccer Pro to set up your “team night”. (See step #4.)
4. The uniform coordinator and/or team manager will call Soccer Pro to schedule a “team night” where your team will be fitted and sized for their uniforms. Please identify your club (Livermore), team, and age group when calling Soccer Pro.
5. Once your team’s “team night” has been scheduled, the uniform coordinator will alert all members/parents of your team. Payment for the uniform package will be made by each individual parent to Soccer Pro directly.
6. VERY IMPORTANT: Soccer Pro will not place your team’s order until ALL players have been measured and ALL uniform orders have been placed and paid for.

7. Uniform orders may take up to eight weeks to complete. Please start the process of ordering your team’s uniforms TODAY.
