Public Meetings

Our organization holds monthly public meetings where all of the volunteer Board positions convene to report the status of their activities and to discuss and decide various issues concerning the Club's business.  The outcome of actions taken by the Executive Committee, in closed session, are also announced.  These meetings are open to the public with no invitation necessary.  Please check the Calendar and Events page for the meeting time and location.

Anyone can address the Full Board.  All we require is that they contact the Director of Administration, (admin@lysl.org) one a week prior to the meeting so that their topic can be added to the agenda.
