ELECTION PROCESS AND TIMELINE
Nominations:
- The nominations process begins in September.
- You can nominate yourself, or another person, by sending an email to admin@lysl.org
- The open nomination period ends at 11:59:59pm on October 10, 2009.
- Candidate statements will be posted on this website by October 31, 2009.
Ballot Distribution and Acceptance:
- Ballots are printed and mailed out no later than November 5 to the registration address currently on file for each family.
- Ballots are to be returned by mail and are accepted through December 15 (must be postmarked by December 8)
- Ballots are counted at the December
15th 17th Full Board Meeting
- Election results are announced at the December
15th 17th meeting.
